As a leading international glassware manufacturer with 30 years of in-depth experience in the tableware industry and serving over 10,000 customers worldwide, Garbo International has always been at the forefront of industry trends with its "design innovation + manufacturing strength". In September 2025, Garbo proudly launched the "Lemon-Decorated Glassware" series — integrating fresh and natural lemon elements into glassware to provide a tableware solution that combines aesthetic appeal and practicality for global procurement scenarios such as hotels, restaurant chains, supermarket and home retail.
Series Design: The ultimate wake-up call for any dish or drink.
Centered on the design concept of "summer freshness", the "Lemon-Decorated Glassware" series breaks the monotony of traditional glass tableware. Through high-precision decal technology, vivid lemon patterns (including leaf textures and fruit textures) are three-dimensionally presented on the glass surface. The colors are bright, heat-resistant, and non-fading, and the products can pass professional dishwasher tests — perfectly aligning with the current global "green and healthy" trend in the catering industry.
A variety of products in the "Lemon-Decorated Glassware" series can undergo post-processing according to customer requirements, including:
In addition, customization is available based on the needs of international buyers, and White Jade Glass (a premium material of Garbo) is also an optional choice for product manufacturing.
Understanding the differentiated needs of global buyers, Garbo provides comprehensive customization services for the "Lemon-Decorated Glassware" series:
Pattern Customization: Decal designs can be adjusted according to customers' brand logos and regional cultural elements (e.g., European vintage patterns, Southeast Asian tropical elements). Small-batch pattern sampling is supported, with a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 1,000 sets.
Material Customization: Beyond the basic high-quality high-whiteness glass (Garbo's top-grade glass material), customers can upgrade to Garbo's core premium material — White Jade Glass, which is suitable for scenarios such as high-end gifts and luxury hotels.
Specification Customization: Details like capacity, cup wall thickness, and handle curvature can be adjusted on demand. For example, large-mouth storage jars can be customized for the Middle Eastern market, and mini-sized engraved cups for European and American households, to meet the usage habits of different regions.
To meet the bulk order needs of global buyers, Garbo relies on 3 specialized glass tableware factories (with divisions of labor covering basic glass forming, decal printing, and finished product refinement) and is equipped with 20 new decal printing production lines:
12 of these are automated production lines, achieving a decal precision of ±0.1mm and a daily production capacity of 50,000 pieces.
8 flexible production lines can quickly switch between customization plans, shortening the order response cycle to 7-15 days for standard products and 20-30 days for customized products.
All products have passed international food contact safety certifications such as FDA and LFGB. Each batch of finished products undergoes 12 quality inspections (including decal adhesion testing, impact resistance testing, and heat resistance testing) to ensure compliance with safety standards in major global markets, allowing international buyers to "order with confidence and sell with peace of mind".
Since the establishment of the "Garbo" brand in 1993, and the launch of glassware exports in 2011, Garbo has grown into a leading international tableware supplier and won the trust of over 10,000 global customers with its "quality + service". The new Lemon-Decorated Glassware series is not only a manifestation of product innovation but also an extension of Garbo's philosophy of "meeting market needs and empowering customer success".
The "Lemon-Decorated Glassware" will be displayed in physical form at Garbo's booth during the 138th Canton Fair (Hall 14.1, Booths E30-33/F12-15). Global buyers are welcome to experience the product quality on-site and discuss customization cooperation. For customers unable to attend in person, product details can be viewed and customization requests submitted via Garbo's official website (www.garboglass.com). Additionally, customers can contact their dedicated account managers to obtain samples (free samples are available for orders of 3,000 sets or more).
Currently, more than 30 European and American customers have placed orders for the "Lemon-Decorated Glassware", and the factories are accelerating production at full speed. Come discuss pricing and customization plans with us!
