Garbo Glass participates in the Canton Fair every year, and this year was no exception. We were on schedule for the 138th Canton Fair. We were most excited to meet face-to-face with customers from all over the world. Many customers, upon seeing the "GARBO GLASS" logo, would smile and say, "Hey, I know you!"—that familiar feeling was truly heartwarming.
This time, we were again located in the Kitchen and Dining Hall and the Glass Hall. The Glass Hall was decorated in white and blue, while the Kitchen and Dining Hall was green and gray, making the Garbo logo easily visible from afar. The booth was neatly arranged and stylish, with the glasses and cutlery gleaming under the lights. Our new lemon-themed collection was especially eye-catching on display, attracting many passing customers who stopped to take photos.

Due to our impressively designed booth, the wide selection of products, and our competitive pricing, we attracted a large number of customers. Our customers came from all over the world, including South America, Africa, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia, including Brazil, Argentina, Algeria, Egypt, Dubai, and Indonesia. Many were old friends, while there were also many new customers we met for the first time. On the first day of the exhibition, many old customers rushed to the showroom, saying that the products they had worked on last year were very successful and they wanted to see the new models. At that moment, all the preparation felt truly worthwhile.
At this exhibition, our products, such as white jade glass, small Arabic cups, miscellaneous items, cutlery, and even our boron-pressed lunch boxes, were highly favored by customers. Many customers immediately appreciated the novel and unique appearance of our products, with the glass being incredibly clear and comfortable to the touch. Some also praised our professional and well-designed packaging, saying that this high-end, minimalist style is particularly popular in their country. Our gold-plated series and new product sets on display also attracted many customers to stop and take photos, and many even contacted us directly to discuss future collaborations.
Although setting up the booth was certainly tiring due to the large exhibition hall, the large number of products, and the numerous samples we had to carry back and forth, seeing the booth so popular was truly rewarding. When we closed down the booth that evening, many of our Garbo colleagues took a group photo in front of the booth, feeling incredibly happy that their efforts had been recognized by customers.

After decades of hard work, our customers and we have become like family. We can embrace each other, chat warmly, and even bring commemorative gifts from abroad, which is truly touching. This trust and friendship is built bit by bit over years of collaboration.

This Canton Fair has made me realize even more profoundly that face-to-face communication is far more powerful than emails and text messages. I hope to see more smiling faces from our old customers at the next Canton Fair and look forward to meeting new partners. As a manufacturer of glassware and stainless steel cutlery, Garbo's goal remains unchanged: to make our high-quality, competitively priced products available to people around the world.
