For GUANGZHOU GARBO Glassware Family Team, it is believed that strong teamwork is the essential foundation of long-term success. In order to strengthen our company culture and encourage communication among the employees, Garbo has organized the annual team building trips and held the company’s travel activities regularly.

In 2015 and 2016, our team has visited the most beautiful destinations in Southwestern of China. These company team building trips made our employees to relax, explore the beauty of nature. What’ s more, Garbo team also strengthen the bonds between each other.

2015 Company Team Building Trip to Guilin

In 2015, our company has cooperated a memorable team building trip to the beautiful city - Guilin which is locates in Guangxi Province. Guilin is famous for its magnificent karst landforms, tranquil rivers, and breathtaking natural scenery.Therefore in China, there is a well-known saying, “Guilin’s landscape is the best under heaven.”

During the trip, our employees enjoyed sightseeing, group gathering feast, and relaxing moments surrounded by nature. The picturesque mountains and peaceful rivers creates the perfect atmosphere for our corporate team building travel. In this way, our colleagues had the opportunity to talk about everything freely outside the office environment, helping to strengthen friendships and teamwork.

This journey not only allows our staff to appreciate the beauty of Guilin but also helped reinforce our company culture and team spirit. In the whole, it is a useful journey to strengthen the relationship and understand each other better.

2016 Corporate Team Building Trip to Guizhou

With the successful group trip in 2015 , our company kept continuing its employee team building activities in 2016 which is an exciting journey to Guizhou Province that a famous region well known for its unique ethnic culture and natural wonders. 

Visiting to Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village

Our first destination was Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village which is the Chinese largest Miao ethnic village. The traditional wooden houses built along the mountains that creates a grand view. By walking through the village streets, Garbo team has experienced the traditions and unique culture of the Miao people.

This interesting visit has become one of the highlights of our corporate team building travel which has allowed the employees to broaden their horizons as well as strengthen team connections.

Exploring the Traditional Jiaxiu Tower

The comes our second stop - Jiaxiu Tower which is one of the most famous scenery in Guiyang. The historic architecture and peaceful atmosphere has made it become a perfect landmark for sightseeing and group photos.

Employees enjoyed learning about the history and culture of the region as well as shared the memorable moments together at the same time. Travel experiences like this has made our company team building activities not only meaningful but also enjoyable.

Discovering the Magnificent Huangguoshu Waterfall

The most interesting and enjoyable moments of the journey was to visit Huangguoshu Waterfall which is the largest waterfall in Asia. The powerful flow of water and the wind made mist rising from the falls which has created an unforgettable natural spectacle.

Standing before the waterfall, our colleagues have felt the beauty and power of nature. This moment has become one of the most memorable parts of our company team building trip in Guizhou.

Enjoying the Wonderful Local Show – Guizhou Show

At night, it was time to relax then we watched the famous cultural performance “Colorful Guizhou Show” together. This show combined the traditional dances, music, and ethnic costumes from multiple minority groups in Guizhou. 

The creative performance has impressed everybody and let us to experience the rich cultural diversity of the local region. This kind of cultural experiencei s an important part of our corporate travel activities. We has a more clear understanding about the culture of the different minority groups.

Having Fun at Qianling Mountain Park

Our last travel scenery was Qianling Mountain Park which is one of the most popular parks in Guiyang. The park surrounded by vibrant greenery and quiet walking ways, has offered the perfect place for relaxation after travel for a long time.

Colleagues enjoyed walking along the paths, shooting photos for splendid views, and communicating freely through the whole journey. This memorable moment has contributed to a happy ending to our 2016 company team building trip.
