On the mountain, every day’s march had to be completed before dark. There was no “tomorrow” for a critical supply route.

That discipline of the Chinese Red Army now lives on our factory floor and guides our daily production.

Daily production targets for glassware are tracked by the hour, and quality checks occur immediately after each forming stage.

As you know, the furnaces used for glass production must run continuously and never stop before maintenance.

If a batch of glass tumblers shows micro-bubbles found by our QC department, these defective products will be dealt with within 30 minutes, not tomorrow.

The Green banboo design embossed glassware collection, including glass tumblers, OEM and ODM glass ice cream cups, glass jugs, champagne glasses, and wine glasses.

We design 2 colors, including the clear transparent and solid green color, both 2 colors can meet the food grade standards.

Raindrop Carved Glassware – Inspired by Jinggangshan’s Waterfalls

During our 2019 Jinggangshan journey, our design team stood beneath a forest waterfall.

The way water droplets exploded on wet rocks, scattered, layered, fleeting, and sparked an idea.

We returned to our China Glassware factory and translated that natural rhythm of water into glass.

The raindrop deformed into three different 6 embossed patterns. 

The result is a daily-use glass tableware supplier, offering something honest: nature’s randomness captured in everyday glass cups and bowls.

Communication & Innovation: The Jinggangshan Meeting Table

During the Jinggangshan era, leaders and soldiers sat together in “soldiers’ committees” to speak openly, including complaints, ideas, and suggestions. 

That was revolutionary communication.

We brought that spirit home. Today, every Thursday afternoon, our production managers, product designers, quality control staff, 

and the sales team sits around the same table to share ideas and find solutions.

Almost every department will end the meeting with a better solution after an indoor discussion.

Our factory worker Dickey suggests a small mold adjustment, it reduces glass wall thickness variation by 0.2 mm.

Our designer Tim explains the reason why a certain curve is difficult to mass-produce, and adapts the drawing.

Our salesperson, Mickey, shares client feedback about scratched bases, and the team designs a new stacking separator within a week.

This is our new product innovation engine. It is not a separate R&D department locked away, but open, daily communication between hands and minds in Garbo Glassware.
