Due to the worldwide pandemic Covid-19, the international trading business has suffered too much since the worldwide outbreaks by end of March 2020, especially when the United States and Europe went to a peak by middle of 2020. Suddenly the world seemed to stop running for a while, but in local mainland China, there was good control since February and it worked step by step till this world factory centre gradually gained its full power to gear up on all industrial manufacturing fields thanks to the supports and efforts from not only the China government but the whole nation. We found our old days back by May and Garbo Glassware began to ship the cargoes to the world.
The Canton Fair, conducted by the Bureau of Commerce department of China gov, held in Guangzhou, south China, twice a year during the last 2 weeks of April for spring trading fair and the last 2 weeks of October for Autumn spring trading. Garbo Glassware would be there for twice a year since 1993 when we started this business and new designs could be seen from our booth every year. However, under the pandemic of Covid-19, 2020’s Autumn Canton Fair is cancelled again just like it was in April for the Spring Fair due to the international negative pandemic index.
Therefore, the Online Canton Fair platform was created in March and Garbo Glassware got well prepared for it. We held daily online shows for 2 weeks in the same way as how we did on real booth, whilst Garbo Glassware had synchronous live show on Facebook. Perhaps it could not be as good as how it goes at real booths, but we did our best to present all the new designs, all the classic popular hot sale products according to the time zone scheduled for different markets, and we got approvals from our clients just in the same way as how it happens in the Canton Fair booth.
From the 128th Canton Fair Online Show, you’ll see our brand new sample room which is especially built for our new expansions of tableware branch, including stainless steel cutlery, kitchen tools and more porcelain & ceramic products. Back the main business glassware, there will be Garbo Glassware’s exclusive designs for 2020, especially the Glacier Series glassware with Garbo Glassware’s registered patent. Meanwhile, there will also be opal glassware, all kinds of engraved glass cups and sunflower embossing glassware, in stock glassware and cheap price glass products.
How to follow Garbo Glassware’ online shows? It begins from 15th October, 2020 till 25th October, 2020 and we will have different shows for different time zones. The Canton Fair Online Show will require your registered ID when you will need to complete your personal details to get access to our shows, we will send you the invitation link when the show is ready to go.
