1. Silicone baking tray:

2. Ceramic baking pan:

It is popular with the public, has good thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance, and can be molded in one body to facilitate cleaning.
However, some aluminum alloy products will precipitate aluminum ions under high-temperature baking, and excessive intake of aluminum is easy to cause Alzheimer's disease.
So we can choose the aluminum alloy baking pan treated by anodizing process, the metal surface is relatively stable and safe.

4. Carbon steel baking pan:
Carbon steel baking trays are safer. Corrosion resistance, easy cleaning, and other properties are the same as aluminum alloy baking tray, but the heat resistance of carbon steel baking pan is slightly poor.

5. Glass baking pan:
The glass baking pan is easy to clean and resistant to high temperatures, so it is relatively safe.
