As we use glassware frequently at daily life, most of us prefer to make post-processing for glassware to make beautiful decoration. So we will introduce some post-processing at this article for knowing more.
1. If only need to show some simple letters or pictures at glassware, we can use printing for it. Printing is use silk screen, and it can mass produce by machine then mass production of printing glassware is faster. Normally we will have 4 or 6 different colors silk screen printing machine, but these colors can not be so special, so we recommend that can confirm with us or show us your customized printing directly for checking in advance.
2. Here we also have other special printing named heat transfer printing. Normally this printing is use for some complicate letters or pictures but colors will be more bright. But normally this printing need to open mold for designs and cost is high. Maybe we can show some designs if you are interested in it.
3. If need to show some complicate letters or pictures at glassware, we can use decals for it. Decals can do any designs as required, but some special colors such as pink and purple, it will be a little different after mass production because it will change a little color after oven roasting. And decals usually produced by hand so mass production will be a little slow because we need to dry it and then put into oven for mass produce.
