Process of decoration firing at glassware
Whether spray color, printing flowers, decals flowers at glassware, when pasted the pattern at glassware, all these pattern need to roast. Decoration firing means bake the color, it means heat the patterns to high temperature then makes the patterns and glassware mixed perfectly, patterns will be colorful and smooth. Processing time and temperature will be depend on the type of patterns and thickness of glassware. In condition, if temperature is too low, pattern can not mix perfectly so will be colorless. To the contrary, if temperature is too high, glassware will be shape out then useless. The perfect temperature for roasting pattern is depend on the soften temperature of glassware and flowed temperature of pattern. At the process of temperature rising, temperature can not rise so faster otherwise will makes patterns with imperfection and also will destroy original patterns, so we must control perfectly during this process.
After patterns have finished roasted, then whole glassware need be cooled. The speed of cooling is depend on the thickness of glassware. In a word, pattern’s temperature of glassware is depend on the details requirements of patterns and temperature of annealing temperature.
